Human Rights & Modern Slavery Statement

Effective 7 June 2026

Respect for human rights is integral to how Nexma operates and to the technology we build. This statement sets out our commitments to our people, our supply chain, and the communities our technology touches — including our zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery and human trafficking.

1. Our Commitment

Nexma respects human rights across its operations, its workforce, and its supply chain. We are guided by internationally recognized standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization's core conventions, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

This statement applies to Nexma, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and those acting on its behalf, and it informs our expectations of suppliers and partners.

2. Labor Standards

We are committed to fair and lawful employment practices, including:

  • No forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary labor of any kind;
  • No child labor, and compliance with applicable minimum-age requirements;
  • Fair wages and working hours that meet or exceed applicable law;
  • Safe and healthy working conditions; and
  • Freedom from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

3. Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Nexma has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and servitude in any part of its business or supply chain. This section reflects the principles underlying the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and comparable laws.

We take a risk-based approach to identifying and preventing modern slavery, including through supplier expectations, due diligence proportionate to risk, and the flow-down of these requirements in our Supplier Code of Conduct. We expect those we work with to uphold the same standards and to remediate any issues that arise.

4. Supply-Chain Due Diligence

We seek to understand and address human-rights risks connected to our suppliers and partners. Where we identify adverse impacts that we have caused or contributed to, we act to prevent, mitigate, and, where appropriate, remediate them, and we expect our partners to do the same.

5. Freedom of Association

We respect the rights of workers to associate freely, to join or refrain from joining lawful organizations, and to bargain collectively in accordance with applicable law, without fear of reprisal, intimidation, or harassment.

6. Responsible Use of Our Technology

Nexma builds general-purpose spatial intelligence that can serve a wide range of beneficial uses. We are mindful that powerful technology can be misused. We seek to prevent uses of our platform that would contribute to serious human-rights abuses, and we apply heightened review to sensitive deployments, consistent with our Safety overview and our Trade Compliance & Export Control Policy.

7. Grievance and Remediation

We provide channels through which individuals can raise human-rights concerns relating to Nexma's operations or value chain. Concerns may be reported to the contact below. We review reports made in good faith, prohibit retaliation against those who raise them, and seek appropriate remediation where warranted.

8. Governance and Review

Responsibility for this statement sits with Nexma's leadership. We review it periodically and update it as our business grows and as our understanding of human-rights risks evolves.
