Free is one user. Pro requires a 3-seat minimum so you can collaborate. Enterprise starts at 25 seats and includes annual contracting, dedicated support, and procurement-friendly terms.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Jax automatically picks Haiku for lookups, Sonnet for design and reasoning, and Opus (Enterprise) for the hardest problems. Most teams never have to think about tokens. If you blow past your allowance, overage is billed at the published per-million-token rates above — pass-through Anthropic pricing with a thin platform margin, capped by Limits you control. Enterprise customers can also BYO Anthropic keys.
The Argus module is $199/mo (or included on Enterprise) and unlocks AOI management, CV detection, and tasking. Imagery itself is metered at the network rates shown above — roughly $80 per 25 km² for daily Planet revisit, $300 for 30 cm Vantor optical, $950 for Umbra SAR, $3,275 for ICEYE SAR. Jax always quotes a price before placing any order, and you approve every charge.
Both are commercial SAR satellites at comparable resolution, but ICEYE charges ~3.4× more per scene. We use Umbra by default and only recommend ICEYE when you specifically need its Dwell mode (persistent 25-second observation) or US-sovereign deployment. Jax will tell you both options when you task SAR.
Feeds like ADS-B, AIS, weather, and threat intel use paid commercial APIs upstream. We pass those costs through at near-cost rates plus a thin platform fee for ingestion, deduplication, and Codex integration. 100+ public feeds (USGS, NOAA, Copernicus, GDELT, OSM, etc.) are always free on every plan.
Enterprise customers can BYO Anthropic and OpenAI keys for additional cost control and data residency. Pro and Free use our shared infrastructure.
